I just made this little box, and it’s on it’s on display at the Eco Green Crafts Booth, at CHA. Sadly, I could not attend; not with two kids, anyway. Maybe next year. Or maybe chicago. I’d have to find a friend in chicago for me and my troop to stay with, of course.  I say my troop, because it’d be me, my two kids, and my hubby (for babysitting reasons, LOL).

Anyway, yes. I made this. You should know by now that I am (or at least I try to be) an eco friendly momma. So when Eco Green Crafts asked me to make a few things for them, I jumped at the chance!

They make wonderful paper mache items such as this one. This is a small chest of drawers that I plan on using as a jewelry box. Being that I make jewelry, I obviously have SO MUCH of it. They also make paints, glass bits, glue and other things. I used their glue and glass bits on the box, as well as paints, to paint the box.

I used pen and ink to draw on the box, and pigment markers for a little extra color. I really don’t know how I feel about the box. I mean that I am unsure as to weather or not I like it. But we’ll go with a yes for now.

Anyway this little box, along with one other piece,  is on display at CHA, at the Eco Green Crafts, booth #2688. Stop by and check it out!
