So today I thought I would show you some new watercolor paintings I’ve just finished. I’m unsure if I told you or not, but I have decided to work on a full set of tarot card paintings in watercolors.

This is mostly because I want to challenge myself and practice art a bit more. At any rate, here’s the paintings I’ve finished so far, in the series.

The Hermit

The hermit Represents the solitude but not loneliness. The hermit is the one who looks into the chaos in order to create order. And in our quest for enlightenment, and in our quest for spirituality and spiritual advancement, the hermit comes as a sort of symbol of that quest.

The Ace of Wands

The Ace of wands is symbolized by a hand gripping onto a wand or a stake. It represents the idea of the beginning of a new enterprise or a new idea. It’s the start of a new project. When this card appears to you, it is a symbol for a sign that that new project you are working on will be worth the effort and hard work.

The Three of Swords

The three of swords is about heartbreak and heartache. The three swords plunging into the heart as it is, shows the idea of heartbreak and pain. The all seeing eye within the heart symbolizes that often we see and choose not to when it comes to love and pain.

I will he offering these for sale as prints soon. I am working on that. I am also working on an art zine which will make its debut at the Coventry artist market next weekend.

That’s all that I have to say for now. A new video will be made soon, I promise.
